How do I return an item?

Returning your Karma Kameleon order is a quick and easy process. Follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to our returns portal here.

2. Find your order.

3. Check that the item(s) you want to return is returnable.

4. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.

5. Select either store credit or a refund for your return:

- If you’re returning for store credit, we’ll cover your shipping costs. Simply book your return, select store credit, and print your free shipping label.

- If returning for a refund (to the original payment method), you’ll need to pay the $9.95 returns fee (deducted from your refund amount) and print your shipping label.

6. Choose a reason for your return.

7. Choose Australia Post and e-parcel Post Returns as the shipping option.

8. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel. Ensure the barcode is not covered with sticky tape and remove any existing labels if re-using a Karma Kameleon satchel.

9. Drop off your return parcel at any Australia Post office or red post box.

10. If you don't have a printer, show the label at any Post Office and they can print it for you.

International Returns

If you’re located outside Australia, you’re welcome to return your item. Return shipping is at your own expense and must be arranged by you using a tracked service of your choice. Please include your full name and order number inside the parcel.

Who pays for return postage?

If you’re returning for store credit, we’ll cover your shipping costs. Simply book your return through the portal, select store credit, and print your free shipping label.

If returning for a refund (to the original payment method), you’ll need to pay the $9.95 returns fee (deducted from your refund amount) and print your shipping label.

Can I get store credit or a refund for my return?
You have the option of receiving either a store credit or a refund for your return.

Have you received my return?
Returns may take 2–7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1–3 business days. We’ll send you an email once your return is processed. For refunds, your financial institution may take 3–5 days to clear the funds.

When will I see my store credit?
Store credit will be processed and emailed to you within 48 hours of your return reaching our warehouse.

When will I see my refund?
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your return reaching our warehouse and returned to the original payment method.

Can I return more than one order in the same package?
Yes, as long as the orders were placed using the same account, you can return multiple orders in one shipment.

In Store Returns

Provided the items are in their original condition with all store swing tags intact, Karma Kameleon will happily offer an exchange for another size, colour, or product if returned within 14 days of purchase. If there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued.

Karma Kameleon does not provide refunds for change of mind in-store purchases.

If an item purchased in-store is considered faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for the full purchase price. Proof of purchase is required. Karma Kameleon reserves the right to examine the item in question.

Refunds are not provided where the item is no longer suitable due to size or colour, or for change of mind purchases. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Proof of purchase is required for any return, refund, or exchange.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds unless faulty, wrongly described, or not of acceptable quality.

Refunds or exchanges are not available on Gift Cards.

Items must be returned in their original sale condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds or exchanges are not available on Gift Cards.
